Terms of Purchase

These terms govern the purchase and use of Digital System (“the course”), an online educational product published and sold by CONECT PRO DIGITAL LTDA, a company registered in Brazil, with address at Rua Doutor Celestino, 122, Centro, Niterói — RJ, 24020-091, Brazil (“we”, “us”). By completing a purchase you agree to these terms.

1. What you are buying

Digital System is a self-paced online course in English. It consists of:

• 5 modules containing 15 pre-recorded video lessons of approximately three minutes each;
• 5 downloadable PDF workbooks, one per module.

The product is entirely digital. No physical goods are produced, stocked or shipped. The narration in the video lessons is generated with a synthetic (AI) voice; the teaching content is written by us.

2. Price and payment

The price shown at checkout is the total amount charged. Payment is a single, one-time charge — there is no subscription, no recurring billing and no automatic renewal. Payments are processed by Cartpanda, which acts as the payment processor. Your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees over which we have no control.

3. Delivery and access

Access is delivered electronically. Immediately after the payment is confirmed, an email containing the access link to the member area is sent to the email address supplied at checkout. The member area is a web page that opens in any modern browser; no application needs to be installed.

It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to check your spam or promotions folder. If access has not arrived within a reasonable time, contact us at the support address below and we will resend it.

4. Licence and permitted use

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the course for your own learning and in your own professional work. You may apply what you learn commercially — that is the purpose of the course.

You may not resell, redistribute, republish, share access credentials, upload the videos or PDFs to other platforms, or create a derivative course from the material. Doing so terminates your licence without refund and may give rise to a claim under applicable copyright law.

5. Availability

Access is granted for the lifetime of the product. We aim to keep the member area online indefinitely; if we ever discontinue it, we will give reasonable notice and make the material available for download so that you keep what you paid for.

Purchases are covered by a 7-day refund policy, described in full on the Refund Policy page, which forms part of these terms.

8. Support

Support is provided by email at yurizando2@gmail.com. We aim to reply within two business days. Support covers access, files, billing and refunds. It does not include personalised consulting, review of your client work or one-to-one mentoring, which are not part of this product.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the course is limited to the amount you actually paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.

10. Changes

We may update the course content and these terms. Material changes apply to purchases made after the change; the version in force at the time of your purchase governs your purchase. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Nothing here limits any consumer right that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.
