This policy explains what personal data CONECT PRO DIGITAL LTDA (“we”) collects when you visit this page or buy Digital System, why we collect it, and what rights you have. 1. What we collect
- Information you give us at checkout: name, email address, and the billing details required to complete the payment. Card numbers are entered on the payment processor’s checkout and are never seen or stored by us.
- Information you send us: the content of emails you write to support.
- Technical information: standard server and hosting logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) generated when this page is served.
2. Why we use it
- To process your purchase and deliver access to the course you paid for;
- To send transactional email about your purchase and your access;
- To answer support requests and process refunds;
- To meet accounting, tax and other legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not rent or trade email addresses.
3. Who processes data with us
We rely on a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:
- Cartpanda — checkout and payment processing, order records and buyer communication;
- Cloudflare — hosting and delivery of this page;
- Email providers — sending your access link and answering support messages.
Each of these has its own privacy policy governing the data it holds.
4. Cookies and tracking
This sales page does not set advertising or analytics cookies of its own and does not run third-party tracking pixels. The checkout page, which is operated by the payment processor, may set cookies that are strictly necessary to complete a transaction and to prevent fraud.
5. How long we keep it
Order and billing records are kept for as long as required by tax and accounting law. Support correspondence is kept only as long as needed to resolve the matter and to keep a record of refunds. Server logs are short-lived and are retained by our hosting provider under its own schedule.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live — including under Brazil’s LGPD, the EU and UK GDPR, and comparable laws — you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to receive it in a portable format.
To exercise any of these rights, write to yurizando2@gmail.com from the email address you used at checkout. We will respond within the period required by the law that applies to you. Note that we cannot delete records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices.
7. Children
This product is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
8. Security
This page is served over HTTPS. Payment data is handled entirely by the payment processor on its own infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit the data we hold to what we actually need.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version will be published on this page with a new date at the top.
